"Breaking For Coffee . . . "
It's Saturday and that means -- planning the next week's stitching, and merging 24 to-do lists into a more manageable set of 23. Seven days to July 4th, and now it's time to pull out all the stops. So much to do, including choosing the types of stars for the border . . . and then stitching them! (There's always a catch . . )
This is the perfect time, of course, for some emergency home repair -- nothing serious, but I can't post for a few days; my computer/work area is inaccesssible until next week.
The stitching, of course, continues, no matter what . . . the show must go on! It's official: it's primal around here -- lots of coffee and loud movies to keep a stitcher awake into the wee hours. See you in a few days . . . have a good weekend!
Highly recommended: Henry V (1989 - the Kenneth Branagh version). Requires more listening than looking. Perfect for long bouts of cross stitching.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, the Branagh version. . that's a classic. I haven't seen that in years. Good suggestion, Lili!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing project! The peeks look wonderful and I'm looking forward to seeing the complete piece.
